Show hours: We are open to the public Saturday 12 Noon to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 7 a.m. to 4: p.m.

Set up:We will open our back gates by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday for dealers. TheSouth end of Millers Road is only a exit. ANY RESERVED DEALER WITH PASSIN HAND SHOULD STAY TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE LINES IN THENORTH PARKING LOT. Selling Merchandise while waiting in line is FORBIDDEN AND ILLEGAL. Extra Vehicles should be parked in the west parking lot, (west of Millers Road). Any dealer caught giving anyone a ride in will lose his space and be expelled.

Outside spaces:These spaces are sold on a first come first serve basis, beginning onSaturday by 9:00 a.m. until closing and on Sunday at 6:00 a.m. These 10'x20' Spaces are sold for $120, Cash only at the gate. Vehicles/Trailers may be parked inside booth.

Reserved Spaces: (8'X14') Shed spaces - $110.00, North Main Building - $105.00, Main Buildings - $130.00. Stripe Buildings - $105.00. Failure to pay for your reserved space at the show will mean that the booth is open and for sale. If not paid by one week after the show, there will be a $20.00 late fee assessed. Main Building Dealers if you plan to take the winter off, plan to be gone through May. Dealers must man their booths by 7:00 a.m. Sunday.

Type of Merchandise:We do not allow rummage clothing, Balloons, nor any food concessions.We prefer antiques and collectibles in our buildings. Dealers areresponsible for what they are selling. No X rated material of any kind.

Table Rental: Any Dealer interested in renting tables contact RWA Enterprises at (630) 827-3290 - Address: 50W704 Harter road. Maple Park, IL. 60151, or at his building located in the corner of the road to the Northwest gate.

Booth Location: If you can not find your booth fine one of our crew or come to our Main office. IF YOU SET UP IN THE WRONG SPOT YOU WILL HAVE TO MOVE.

Dealer Parking:Parking spaces along open sheds are on first come, first serve basisfor any dealer in that shed. You are not allowed to hold one of thesespaces without a vehicle. Only one vehicle per booth is allowed. NOoversized campers are allowed along the buildings, they should beparked in the camping area. ALL DEALERS IN BUILDINGS AND SHEDS BE SURE TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLES TO THE PARKING AREA IMMEDIATELY AFTER UNLOADING. No vehicles are allowed inside ANY building or shed.

Saturday Buyers: Buyers passes are $50.00 per person in advance to come in with dealers.

Sales tax:All dealers are responsible for collecting Illinois State Sales Tax onany merchandise sold at our show. Remittance forms are available in theMain Office, for anyone who does not already have a Tax number.Saturday Closing: At 5:00 p.m. on Saturday when we close , all enclosedbuildings will be locked,. Any dealers on the grounds after 5:00 shouldtry to carry their pass for identification.

Overnight Campers: Anyperson spending the night at the fairgrounds with a camper and needingelectricity will be charged $15.00 in addition to their rent oradmission. NO ELECTRIC HEATERS ALLOWED: KEROSENE OR LP ARE ALLOWED. The camping area is on the south side of the fairgrounds; Customer camping is allowed after 1 p.m. on Saturday.

Shed Curfew: The outside sheds are closed to shopping after 5 p.m., dealers in these sheds are allowed in their booths only after 5.

Selling Merchandise:We are not mediators for any price or authenticity problems betweencustomers and dealers. If there is a problem the police should becalled.

Cancellations: Iffor any reason you can not make the show, please call us at (630)377-2252. Credit will only be given if we can re-rent your booth. After8 a.m. Sunday we will fill all empty booths at our discretion.

Advertisements: Must be approved in advance -- Can be placed in your booth or in the Main Building.

Packing Up:All dealers are to be packed up by 6p.m., but not before 4p.m. Eachdealer is responsible for cleaning up their own area. For excess orbulk garbage please use the dumpster's provided on the grounds, insteadof the barrels in the buildings. Failure to comply with these rulesmeans loss of your booth. If you have a large amount of garbage youwill be charged extra fees.

Emergency Messages: If a dealer needs to be reached because of an emergency, please instruct them to call (630) 584-0110 during the show.

TROUBLESOME BEHAVIOR, DISHONESTY, OR LEAVING A LITTERED SALES AREA WILL BE CAUSE FOR EXPULSION.
